Kentrell DeSean Gaulden (born Oct xx, 1999), known professionally every bit YoungBoy Never Broke Again [1] [2] (also known as NBA YoungBoy or merely YoungBoy), is an American rapper. Early life

Kentrell Gaulden was born on October 20, 1999, in Billy Rouge, Louisiana. He broke his neck while wrestling as a toddler, the injury requiring a head caryatid until the spine healed. Gaulden attracted attention with his Oct 2016 mixtape, 38 Infant [1] [12] which featured fellow Baton Rouge natives, Boosie Badazz, Kevin Gates, and fellow rappers Stroke Tha Don and NBA 3Three.[13] A week afterwards, Gaulden released another mixtape titled Listen of a Menace 3 on November 4, 2016. Gaulden's quick rise to popularity could besides be attributed to his "song-for-song rap beef" with fellow Baton Rouge rapper Scotty Cain in Dec 2015, in which songs from both rappers included death threats. 2018–2019: Until Expiry Call My Name and AI YoungBoy 2

Legal issues

On Nov 28, 2016, U.S. Marshals arrested Gaulden earlier a concert in Austin, Texas, accusing him of jumping out of a vehicle and opening burn on a grouping of people on a Due south Baton Rouge street. Gaulden was arrested before a concert at The Moon nightclub in Tallahassee on February 25, 2018. Gaulden had a warrant in the State of Georgia for allegedly committing assault, weapons violations and kidnapping.[47] Hotel surveillance footage leaked before long following his arrest showing Gaulden assaulting someone.[48] On March fifteen, 2018, he was released from prison house on $75,000 bail.[49]
